Welcome to RevQuant ("we", "our", or "RevQuant"). By accessing our website or using our Stripe analysis services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Purpose and Scope
RevQuant is a decision engine designed exclusively to analyze failed payment events in Stripe and recommend or execute optimized revenue recovery strategies. We are not an alternative payment processor and at no time do we take direct custody of your funds.
2. Stripe Integration and Data Access
To operate, RevQuant requires connection to your Stripe account via secure read-only API keys or secure OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Stripe credentials. We do not alter your banking operations or execute transactions outside of the flow configured by you.
3. Limitation of Liability
RevQuant provides recommendations based on predictive algorithms and historical behavior data. While our goal is to maximize revenue recovery (ARR), we do not guarantee absolute results and are not responsible for financial losses resulting from operational decisions made in manual or autopilot mode.
4. Modifications of the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time to improve security or performance, with prior notice through our official channels.
