At RevQuant, the security and confidentiality of your financial data are our highest priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, protect, and manage information when using our platform connected to Stripe.
1. Collected Data and Purpose
When connecting your Stripe account, we only collect data strictly necessary to optimize the recovery of failed payments: failed transaction history, billing metadata of the customer, and payment patterns. We do not collect full credit card information or personal passwords.
2. Bank-Grade Security
All information is transmitted via high-security SSL/TLS encrypted channels and stored in isolated environments with strict firewalls. RevQuant complies with the most rigorous financial data protection standards.
3. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or transfer your financial or customer data to third parties for commercial purposes. The data is only used internally to power your own RevQuant predictive engine.
4. Your Control Rights
You can revoke access to your Stripe data and request the complete and permanent deletion of your records on our servers at any time through the configuration panel or by sending a direct email to our support team.
